Hi my little cyber possums,

The world is poised on catastrophe. The writers are still striking, our troops are still in Iraq, parts of the country are frozen and flooded. Payphones will be obsolete by 2009, while gas prices continue to inexplicably soar and, by the by, The View host Sherri Shepherd thinks the world is flat.
But I DON'T CARE!!
Fly me to the Moon is edited and polished and shining like a new penny.
And it will be published in one week!!
This has been a great and wonderful experience and I continue to learn more and more about the publishing world every day.
If I were Santa, I would make sure every writer has experiences like this. It should be the rule, not the exception. That's my Christmas wish for all my writer friends: book deals with people who get it and who care deeply about words and the people who write them...not to mention people paying to read them!
